Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (adenocarcinoma).
  • Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body and no longer responds to hormone therapy (it is still growing).
  • You have already tried at least one treatment that blocks the androgen receptor pathway (such as enzalutamide or abiraterone).
  • You are able to take care of yourself and do most daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have not had other cancers, active autoimmune diseases, serious heart or lung conditions, or treatments that affect your eyes or nerves.
