  • You are between 21 and 55 years old
  • You feel stressed and score between 14 and 26 on a standard stress quiz
  • You are in good overall health and can safely drink the study tonic
  • You haven't used nicotine, kava, or kratom more than 3 times in the past 3 months
  • You must give up alcohol for the whole study
  • You are not pregnant, nursing, or planning to become pregnant
