Who can take part

  • You are 45 years old or older
  • Your education level is up to Matric (grade 10)
  • You have mild memory or thinking problems (scored below 23 on a memory test called MoCA)
  • You feel a moderate to high level of stress (scored 14 or more on a stress questionnaire)
  • You rate your quality of life as poor to adequate (scores between 13 and 25 on a quality of life questionnaire)
  • You do not have dementia, severe mental illness, or major vision/hearing problems that would make participation hard
