Who can take part

  • You are between 60 and 85 years old
  • English is your first or primary language
  • You have a formal diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or mild neurocognitive disorder from a doctor in the past year
  • You have a family member, friend, or caregiver who sees you at least weekly and is willing to participate as a study partner
  • Your medications have been stable (same dose) for at least 4 weeks before starting
  • You can have an MRI and are able to use a brain-training app called BrainHQ
