Vorasidenib guided by AGX PET for recurrent low-grade glioma

Who can take part

  • You have a slow-growing brain tumor (grade 2 or 3) with a specific gene mutation (IDH1 or IDH2)
  • Your tumor has come back or is still there after surgery, and shows up on an MRI scan as a visible spot (at least 1 cm)
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have a good performance status (able to care for yourself, score 80 or above on a standard scale)
  • You have not had chemotherapy, radiation, or other IDH-blocking drugs before
