Who can take part
- Must be at least 12 years old and weigh 25 kg (about 55 lbs) or more.
- Must have a Grade 2 astrocytoma or oligodendroglioma brain tumor with an IDH1 or IDH2 gene mutation.
- Must have had at least one surgery for the tumor, but no other treatments like chemotherapy or radiation.
- Must be able to have an MRI to track the tumor and have a performance status (measures daily activity ability) of 70 or more.
