Who can take part

  • You have a type of brain tumor called IDH-mutant glioma (including astrocytoma or oligodendroglioma) that is grade 2 or 3.
  • You have a specific change in the IDH1 gene (called an R132 mutation).
  • You have had at least one surgery for your brain tumor (like a biopsy or partial removal).
  • You took the drug vorasidenib for your tumor, but the tumor continued to grow during treatment.
  • You are not currently in urgent need of chemotherapy or radiation.
  • You have not received any other cancer treatment for your glioma besides surgery and vorasidenib.
