Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 40 years old.
- You speak and read English.
- You do at least 120 minutes of hard exercise every week, and have for the past 2 years.
- Your lungs work well, confirmed by a breathing test.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 35 or lower.
- If you are a woman, you have a regular menstrual cycle (every 21–35 days).
- You do not smoke, have no major health problems, and are not taking certain medications (like antidepressants, stimulants, or regular pain relievers).
