Who can take part
- You are a male aged 18 or older
- You have been diagnosed with Peyronie's disease and your curve has been stable for at least 3 months
- You have a complex case, such as a severe curve, a curve in multiple directions, a hinge effect (buckling), hourglass shape, or a large plaque that affects function
- You and your doctor have decided that surgery with a graft is the right treatment
- You are willing and able to sign a consent form and return for follow-up visits
