  • You are a student aged between 18 and 40.
  • You have at least moderate stress and mild anxiety (based on a questionnaire).
  • You do not have clinical depression or other serious mental health conditions.
  • You do not have irritable bowel syndrome, food allergies, or chronic intestinal diseases.
  • You have not used antibiotics, probiotics, or certain medications in the past month.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study.
