Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with high-grade serous or endometrioid ovarian, fallopian-tube, or primary peritoneal cancer.
- You are generally in good health, able to carry out daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1).
- Your cancer has a specific genetic feature called homologous recombination deficiency (HRD).
- You are able to undergo a diagnostic laparoscopy or surgery to remove the cancer.
- You do not have any other active cancer, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.

This study compares two PARP inhibitors (drugs that help repair DNA damage) combined with bevacizumab (an anti-angiogenic therapy) as maintenance treatment after chemotherapy in patients with advanced ovarian cancer that has a genetic vulnerability called HRD-positive.
