Who can take part
- You have HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery.
- If your cancer is hormone receptor-positive, you have already tried standard hormone therapy and it stopped working or you cannot take it.
- You have not had any systemic treatment (like chemotherapy or targeted therapy) for advanced disease, except for hormone therapy or CDK4/6 inhibitors.
- Your cancer has gotten worse after your last treatment, based on scans.
- You are generally in good health, able to do daily activities, and have adequate organ function (heart, liver, kidneys, bone marrow).
