Rituxan safety study for boys with Duchenne muscular dystrophy

Who can take part

  • Be a boy between 6 and 10 years old (including age 10).
  • Have a genetic diagnosis of Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD).
  • Be able to walk on your own and complete a 10-meter walk test.
  • Be able to get up from lying on your back in less than 30 seconds.
  • Be willing to have at least one muscle biopsy (a small sample taken from a muscle).
  • Not have used oral steroid hormones for more than 6 months before the trial.
