  • You are 35 years old or older
  • You are willing to wear a small sensor on your arm for up to 2 weeks
  • You have prediabetes, confirmed by a finger-stick blood test or a score of 5 or higher on the CDC prediabetes risk test (or a doctor's diagnosis)
  • You have a smartphone that can work with the Dexcom G6 app (most recent iPhones and Android phones)
  • You are not pregnant and do not plan to travel outside California in the next 2 months
