  • You must be 65 years old or older.
  • You have reduced muscle function or are at risk for sarcopenia (muscle loss).
  • You are able to take part in rehabilitation exercises.
  • You do not have severe heart, brain, or muscle problems that prevent exercise.
  • You do not have severe problems with memory or thinking.
