Who can take part

  • You are 75 years or older.
  • You have a SARC-F score of 4 or higher (a quick questionnaire about muscle weakness).
  • You must have French social security coverage (not state medical aid or AME).
  • You are able to give informed consent.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is under 30.
  • You do not have a pacemaker, severe confusion or dementia, or a very short life expectancy (less than 3 months).
