Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 45 years old.
- You have had at least one IVF treatment that did not work.
- You feel a significant sense of hopelessness (scored 4 or higher on a hopelessness test).
- You can read and write in Turkish and have no serious hearing or vision problems.
- You do not have a diagnosed psychiatric condition and are not using other therapies like Reiki or acupressure.
- You live in the Erzurum area and are willing to take part voluntarily.
