Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 18 to 55 who identifies as Hispanic or Latina
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) between 30 and 45, meaning you are in the obese weight range
  • You have been diagnosed with prediabetes (confirmed by an HbA1c blood test result between 5.7% and 6.4%)
  • You can speak and read Spanish or English at a 5th grade level or higher
  • You have approval from your doctor to participate
