Who can take part
- You are a woman between 30 and 65 years old.
- You have had surgery for breast cancer on one side, either a full mastectomy or a lumpectomy with lymph node removal.
- It has been 4 to 12 weeks since your surgery.
- You are having trouble moving your shoulder, pain when moving it, or limitations in daily activities because of your arm.
- You are not currently doing any other physical therapy or exercise program for your shoulder.
