Physical therapy techniques for lower back nerve pain

This study tests whether combining three physical therapy techniques—spine mobilization, leg movements, and spinal traction—can reduce pain and improve function in people with pinched nerves in the lower back caused by a bulging disc. If it works, it could offer a non-surgical treatment option.

Predicting whether a sciatica procedure will work

This study looks for ways to predict how well a specific sciatica procedure (TEI) will help. If you have one-sided nerve pain from the low back, the trial may help personalize treatment so you’re less likely to go through ineffective care.
