Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have had chronic constipation for at least 6 months, with hard stools (Bristol type 1 or 2).
  • You have been diagnosed with dyssynergic defecation through anorectal manometry.
  • You are not pregnant and do not have severe depression, anxiety, or untreated medical conditions like diabetes or thyroid problems.
  • You have not had spinal, rectal, or pelvic surgery (except gallbladder, appendix, or uterus removal).
  • You do not have a history of spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, or other neurological disorders.
