Part of Brain & nervous system, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial tests the safety of two MS medicines (Diroximel Fumarate and Dimethyl Fumarate) in children with relapsing MS. The goal is to see how well they control relapses and what side effects may occur.

Testing new MS medicines in people with active relapsing MS

This study tests different approved “disease-modifying” MS medicines (shots and pills) in adults with relapsing multiple sclerosis that is currently active. It mainly looks at outcomes based on how newly starting—or recently started—treatments are handled for people with recent relapses and mild disability.

Testing a new oral drug for relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS)

This study tests a new oral medication called Rocbrutinib for people with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS). The drug targets a protein that may help reduce the immune system's attack on the brain and spinal cord. The trial will check if the medication can reduce new brain lesions and slow down disability progression.
