  • You are a woman planning to have your eggs retrieved for fertility preservation (egg freezing).
  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You are able to understand and agree to join the study.
  • You have not taken any painkillers, anti-anxiety, or antidepressant medication before the procedure.
  • You do not have any conditions that make virtual reality unsafe, like seizures, sensitivity to flashing lights, migraines, or problems with motion sickness or dizziness.
  • You do not have any injury to your eyes, face, or neck that would prevent using the VR headset.
