- You are 65 years old or older.
- You have one of these cancers: lung, stomach/intestinal, breast, prostate, or uterine cancer.
- You are about to start a new cancer treatment (chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy) that is expected to last at least 3 months.
- You are able to carry out daily activities without significant help (ECOG score 0-2).
- You speak English or Chinese and can give consent.
- You are not scheduled for radiation therapy alone, or surgery within the next 3 months.
