Who can take part
- You are 70 or older, or 60–69 with some frailty (ECOG 2 or higher).
- You have metastatic colorectal cancer that has spread and can be seen on scans.
- You have not had standard first-line chemotherapy or immunotherapy before, or it's been more than 6 months since you finished chemo after surgery.
- You have up to 10 tumors that can be safely treated with radiation.
- You are generally well enough to be expected to live more than 3 months, and your blood counts and organ function meet basic safety levels.
