Who can take part

  • You must have a newly diagnosed glioblastoma that hasn’t been treated yet, aside from a biopsy.
  • Your tumor must have a specific genetic change called MTAP deletion.
  • You need to be 18 or older and in generally good health (able to care for yourself).
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor on an MRI scan (at least 1 cm in size).
  • Your heart, kidney, liver, and blood counts must be within safe limits based on recent tests.
