Who can take part

  • Age 18 or older
  • Newly diagnosed glioblastoma confirmed by biopsy or genetic testing, with specific genetic features (IDH wildtype and MGMT methylated)
  • Able to perform daily activities with minimal assistance (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2)
  • Normal blood counts, liver, and kidney function within the last 15 days
  • Normal heart function and electrical activity (ejection fraction ≥55% and QTc ≤470 ms)
  • Must not be pregnant or nursing, and willing to use effective contraception if able to have children
