Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of spinal muscular atrophy (SMA).
  • You are between 5 and 17 years old.
  • You can sit or walk with some support and stand without using braces or a standing frame.
  • You have been on the same SMA medication for at least 6 months.
  • You can understand and speak English and follow simple instructions.
  • You have not had orthopedic surgery in the past year and are not in another trial.
