  • You are 60 years old or older.
  • You have some social activities you can go to outside your home, like in a senior community.
  • You have felt very lonely over the past month.
  • You do not have a current drinking problem.
  • You do not have psychosis or serious memory problems.
  • You can hear well enough to take part in phone or in-person conversations.
