  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have a spinal cord injury
  • You live at home (not in a nursing facility)
  • You are not currently active in exercise programs
  • You are medically stable, with your doctor's approval to join
  • You can travel to the testing site for two 2-day visits and perform 30 sessions at home
