  • Aged 18 to 75 years
  • Able to perform daily activities with minimal help (ECOG score 0 or 1)
  • Diagnosed with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (confirmed by biopsy)
  • Must have old or new tumor tissue available for testing
  • Cancer has progressed or you couldn't tolerate prior treatment
  • At least one tumor that can be measured on scans
