Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be cured by surgery or radiation.
- Your cancer has a change called HER2 amplification or overexpression.
- You have not had treatment for advanced disease (or you have had one prior treatment that did not work).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself, with a life expectancy of at least 3 months).
