Study of two drugs for HER2-altered advanced lung cancer

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed with surgery.
  • Your tumor has HER2 changes (amplification or overexpression).
  • You have not had prior treatment for advanced disease, or you have had only one prior treatment that stopped working.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You are in good enough health to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
