- You have been diagnosed with plaque psoriasis and your skin has been fairly stable for at least 6 months (no major flare-ups).
- Your psoriasis covers at least 10% of your body surface (about the size of 10 palms).
- You have a Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) score of 12 or higher, which measures how red, thick, and scaly your psoriasis is.
