  • You were treated for childhood cancer between 2005 and 2020.
  • You had not started puberty at the time of treatment (testicles < 4 ml, uterus < 2.5 ml).
  • You received chemotherapy that included drugs like cyclophosphamide, ifosfamide, or similar.
  • You went through puberty on your own, without needing hormone shots or patches.
  • You had follow-up care at the Endocrine-Metabolic Diseases Program in Bologna, Italy.
  • You did not need hormone therapy because puberty was delayed.
