Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old and currently in the hospital for a rheumatology (joint, muscle, or bone) problem.
- You have acute (sudden, recent) pain in your muscles, joints, or bones, and your pain score is at least 3 out of 10.
- You are expected to stay in the hospital for at least 4 more days.
- You are not taking certain medicines that could interfere with the study drug (your doctor can check this).
