  • Your PSA level is above 4 ng/dL.
  • Your doctor suspects prostate cancer based on a physical exam, ultrasound, or MRI.
  • You are willing to have a prostate biopsy.
  • You have not been diagnosed with prostate cancer before.
  • You have not had another type of cancer in the past two years.
  • You do not have a serious medical condition that could interfere with the study.
