Who can take part
- Men between 18 and 80 years old
- PSA level greater than 4 ng/ml
- You must meet at least one condition that suggests a biopsy is needed, like low fPSA/PSA ratio or an abnormal exam or imaging
- No other cancer in the past five years
- No prior prostate surgery (like TURP)
- No past or current prostate cancer treatments
- No blood-thinning medications (unless stopped for at least a week before the blood draw)
- No blood transfusion in the last month
- Not currently in another clinical trial
