Who can take part

  • Men between 18 and 80 years old
  • PSA level greater than 4 ng/ml
  • You must meet at least one condition that suggests a biopsy is needed, like low fPSA/PSA ratio or an abnormal exam or imaging
  • No other cancer in the past five years
  • No prior prostate surgery (like TURP)
  • No past or current prostate cancer treatments
  • No blood-thinning medications (unless stopped for at least a week before the blood draw)
  • No blood transfusion in the last month
  • Not currently in another clinical trial
