Who can take part
- 18 years old or older
- Diagnosed with sleep apnea within the last year
- Started breathing device treatment less than 6 months ago, or not yet started
- Do less than 150 minutes of moderate physical activity per week
- Overweight (body mass index of 23 or higher)
- Able to speak, read, and write Chinese
- Own a smartphone and willing to fill out questionnaires
