This study tests a type of talk therapy called Cognitive Processing Therapy to help people who are struggling with PTSD after a traumatic birth. If you have ongoing distress from childbirth, you may be able to join.

Who can take part
- You are a woman or birthing person aged 18 or older
- You are fluent in English
- You are at least one month after giving birth
- You have significant PTSD symptoms from your childbirth experience
- You are not currently in another psychological therapy
- You are not taking psychoactive medications, or if you are, the dose and type have been stable for at least 8 weeks and will stay stable during the study
