Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
  • Your cancer must be a type called 'non-keratinizing' nasopharyngeal carcinoma that has not spread to other parts of the body.
  • You should have already received 3 cycles of chemotherapy plus immunotherapy, and your tumor did not shrink enough (stable or progressive disease).
  • Your overall health should be good enough to be up and about (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts, liver function, and kidney function must be within acceptable limits.
