Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have nasopharyngeal cancer that has come back or spread to other parts of the body.
- You have not had any previous treatment for this recurrence or spread.
- You are otherwise healthy enough to undergo chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy (good blood counts, liver and kidney function).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You are not pregnant and agree to use effective contraception during and for 3 months after treatment.
