  • You are a woman aged 18 or older
  • You have been diagnosed with gynecological cancer and are currently getting treatment (like surgery, chemo, or radiation)
  • You can take part in online sessions from home after leaving the hospital
  • You have a smartphone or similar device and basic reading/writing skills
  • Your doctor believes you are expected to live at least 12 months
  • You have not taken part in a mindfulness program like Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction before
