Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 or older.
- You have been diagnosed with stage III or IV breast or gynecologic cancer (ovarian, endometrial, cervical, vulvar, or vaginal) at least 2 months ago, OR you have stage I or II endometrial, ovarian, or breast cancer with a specific type called carcinosarcoma, OR you have stage I or II triple negative breast cancer.
- You have significant fear about your cancer progressing or returning (as measured by a questionnaire).
- You can read and understand English.
- You are not currently in hospice care, and you do not have an uncontrolled psychiatric condition or major depression.
- You have not participated in a mind-body or mindfulness program in the past 6 weeks.
