Who can take part

  • Your cancer is locally advanced or has spread to other parts of the body and cannot be surgically removed.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse even after receiving prior treatments.
  • You are willing to have tumor biopsies and follow all study visits and procedures.
  • Your overall health is good enough to be up and about (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You can take medication by mouth and do not have a known allergy to the study drug.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and agree to use effective birth control.
