Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 60 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with alopecia areata by a dermatologist.
- You do not have diabetes, autoimmune diseases, or other chronic inflammatory or vascular conditions.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You do not smoke or drink heavily.
- You have not had a manicure in the last 3 weeks and have no other nail disease.
