Who can take part
- You must have been on hemodialysis for at least 3 months
- You must attend 3 dialysis sessions per week, each lasting about 4 hours
- You cannot have a leg amputation
- You cannot have serious or unstable health conditions like uncontrolled heart failure, diabetes, recent heart attack, severe lung disease, or active infection
- You must be able to understand the assessments and instructions
