Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have gum recession that needs treatment, with the edge of the tooth (where the crown meets the root) visible or restored.
- Your gums are generally healthy (minimal bleeding when probed).
- You are either not diabetic, or you have diabetes managed with pills or insulin and your blood sugar control (HbA1c) is above 7%.
