Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer that has gotten worse after at least two cycles of platinum-based chemo, with or without immunotherapy.
- You cannot have had more than two prior treatments for your cancer.
- You need to be in reasonably good health, with adequate organ function (bone marrow, liver, kidneys).
- You must not have certain other cancers, untreated brain metastases, or serious heart or lung conditions.
- You must not have used a topoisomerase I inhibitor (like topotecan or irinotecan) before.
