Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older and weigh at least 110 pounds (50 kg).
- Your extensive-stage small cell lung cancer has gotten worse after at least one round of platinum chemotherapy.
- You must have at least two separate tumors: one that can be treated with focused radiation (SBRT) and another that can be biopsied (tissue sample).
- You need to be willing to have two tumor biopsies — one before starting treatment and another about two weeks after radiation.
- Your cancer should not have spread to the fluid around your brain or spinal cord (leptomeningeal disease).
- You must not have an autoimmune disease that requires strong immune-suppressing medications.
