  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have had Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes for at least 6 months.
  • You take insulin shots 4 times a day by yourself.
  • You can use a mobile phone to send and receive text messages.
  • You do not have a serious mental health condition or problems with vision, hearing, or speech.
  • You are not using an insulin pump.
